Dr. Adelina Coresi

Dr. Coresi's background includes supporting individuals of all ages who need help with issues ranging from severe emotional trauma, and brain injuries, to people who are working on taking their personal growth and brain optimization to a higher level. Specifically, she has extensive experience working with issues such as managing pain symptoms, depression, severe anxiety, concussions, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), concussion, neurodevelopmental disorders, (ADHD, ASD, learning disabilities, etc.) insomnia and behavior management. Our therapy approaches are designed to complement our multi-modal brain health programs. Dr. Coresi provides brain functioning assessments based on: QEEG (Quantitative electroencephalography) brain mapping, and ERP (Event Relented Potentials) brain scanning, providing biomarkers that facilitate understanding of an individual’s brain activity linking emotions and behaviors.

Dr. Coresi holds a doctorate in clinical psychology, 2 master’s degrees in general psychology and mind-body medicine, and degrees in science (computer science) and psychology. She was also trained in Classical Psychodrama by the Psychodrama Association of Milan, Italy as a psychodrama director to manage therapy groups of children and adults. She is using her knowledge and qualifications to enhance an individual’s brain functioning, interaction and social skills in a friendly environment.

She is the only Registered Certified Tomatis Consultant in Western Canada with solid training in clinical and rehabilitation psychology. She is also board certificate in biofeedback and neurofeedback, an associate fellow, by BCIA. Dr. Coresi attends regularly relevant professional conferences and meetings to ensure that her expertise is up to date with the newest developments in the field.
